ONElittlePIECE

Found this online clothing store the other day, don't remember how or when, called ONElittlePIECE. I feel in love with the home page, the structured layout and simplicity of it was really appealing.

The brands aren't like your usual mainstream ones (except for One Teaspon), and have different styles than those found in your local shopping centre. It's good to have brands that aren't so mainstream but yet still have elements of the fashion going around at the time. It gives variety to those that are sick of seeing the same thing over and over.
Currently I'm in love with the label Penny Anne, which belongs to a female designer that started off selling in Gilles Street Markets in Adeliade.
A few of my new favourites include...

The Backless Leotard; with floral and tulle pattern. Apparently a signature piece!

First Daughter Dress.

DARTH VADER BEING A SMARTASS

I'm not a big YouTube person. Okay I lied, it annoys me. A LOT! I'm not really sure why, maybe because there's so much crap on it or maybe because staring at the computer screen for too long gives me headaches. Who knows.

But once in a while I'll open a link someone sends me with the words YouTube in the url address. Last time I did that I watched a funny little clip about Darth Vader being a smartass.

FRENCH CHIC ROMANTICISM

I want to paint the furniture in my room white. I don't like the colours it is now, and yes I said colours. The furniture doesn't even match!

So pretty much I typed into Google how to paint furniture white, and the first site that popped up was My Romantic Home. It's this lady's blog about pretty much her romantic styled home. It's very French Chic style furniture and decor.

It's oh so cute, but in reality kind of creepy. Like I would love to have some styles of my house (if i owned one btw) like that, but I'd probably be alone for the rest of my life if that ever happened. Little things here and there never killed anyone though.

But I do plan to go ahead with painting my furniture white though. Don't worry I'm not ending at the white.

THE POCKET LIGHT

The Pocket Light is a wallet sized light concept that is powered by a watch battery. No joke, you can fold into a size matching that of a credit card.

The designer, Ryan Harc, has pretty much invented it with romantic moments with your partner in mind. Saying that you can "Draw out a little light which can be the best conveyor of your feeling."

But obviously there are many other uses for this nifty little invention such as reading under your covers, or producing light when a black out occurs.

CAMERA CASES

I bought a new camera in September, and with it of course I purchased a new case. Now the case ended up being a tight squeeze to get my camera into at first, but seemed to stretched itself out over time. At first I was annoyed because the case wasn't cheap, it was actually a bit too costly for my liking. But as it got easier to get my camera in and out of the case, I realised it was actually quite an ingenious plan to make a stretchable case (well one that takes 3 weeks to get there, but still!).

Yet a few weeks ago I stumbled across this cute felt camera case, homemade by the way, on swissmiss I think it was.

I've absolutely fallen in love with it. Mainly because of it's cute design; how it's used craft to look like a camera on the surface of the case. It's been constructed out of "high-quality Japanese felt". It's safe to use as a camera case, and you can get it made to your camera's specific dimensions. Also each case is unique due to the use of different coloured felts and constrast stichting. Not sure if you can ask for specific colours though.

Think I might try and make one myself, get creative yknow (lol).

A PAIR OF FOOLS REALLY

Driving to the station last week, listening to the radio. Two men in America burgled an apartment and were caught due to the description of their vechile. But when the officer that pulled them up, was extremely suprised to see the two men inside with masks drawn on their faces with texta.
P.S. read article here.

STAR WARS FANS AHOY

I found an entry on Gizmodo about a Star Wars production compiled of 393 15 second scenes. Someone had apparently challeneged the internet to recreate Star Wars some time back. The production, produced by fans, allows others to contribute their own favourite scenes from the series. I think it's called Star Wars Uncut, and has a pretty sweet trailor.

WHERE DREAMS BECOME HEART ATTACKS

I ❤ maccas breakfast
I ❤ donuts
I ❤ jelly

This is why you're fat; a website completely with pictures of fatty foods that can only do one thing, and this clog up your arteries. Recipes are found in a book that can be purchased, but most of them you could just figure it out. Pretty heaven for me (lol).
