I do not personally like movies being in 3D.
Once in a while is fine, but in all honesty I'd be so much happier if it wasn't about to take over all movies being released now a days.
My only reason for disliking it because it distracts me from the movie. I loose my concentration over the story line, and get irritated by all the random objects flying towards me that I wantt o just walk out.
Don't get me wrong, I have sat through one or two movies were I've completely wrapped myself in the 3D experience and applauded it (and maybe a little too much).
I have not yet gone to see Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland, but I do know that I will not be viewing it in 3D. And while I was on
Gizmodo earlier I came across a
review on Alice In Wonderland in 3D. This review talks about how 3D is unnecessary from such a wonderful story.
I'm so happy someone else feels the same way :)
